Single / Multicore Cables made of annealed electrolytic grade copper /
aluminium conductor, PVC insulated and PVC sheathed confirming to IS
694:1990, BS 6500 or any other international or customer specific standard.
» Conductor - Annealed
Bare Electrolytic grade copper / aluminium uniformly bunched (for stranded
and flexible conductors).
» Insulation -
Specially formulated high grade PVC Compound confirming to Type A of IS
5931:1984 capable of withstanding conductor temperature upto 700C. The
insulation is resistant to moisture, oils, alkalies, grease etc. The
insulation process is carried out on modern high speed extrusion lines with
automatic diameter controllers, spark testers, tension controllers, and
centricity controllers for uniform and accurate insulation.
» Sheathing : PVC
compound type ST2 of IS 5831:1984.
The insulation and sheath can be of HR ,FR, FRLS PVC, FRHF (Flame
Retardant Halogen Free) or ROHS PVC Compound depending upon the application.
